About Me

Hi there! I'm an interdisciplinary UX designer with a background in graphic design. Currently, I'm pursuing my graduate degree in the MFA Design Program at UC Davis, where my research focuses on ethics in AI, front-end web development, and human-centered design.

My design approach is rooted in my interdisciplinary background, allowing me to bring a unique perspective to every project I work on. With my graphic design expertise and my passion for UX, I strive to create innovative and effective solutions that marry aesthetics and functionality.

As a designer, I'm constantly adapting to new challenges and learning new skills. Whether I'm wireframing a mobile app or prototyping a website, I'm always thinking about how I can create the best possible user experience.

I’m originally from Okinawa, Japan, and have been living in Northern California for about 10 years. In my free time, I enjoy exploring local hiking trails, playing guitar, and watching sci-fi movies and shows.

If you're looking for a designer who can bridge the gap between graphic design and UX, I'd love to chat!
